As cerejas vermelhas e framboesas azedas são reveladas no nariz, junto às notas de especiarias e ervas. Esse Pinot Noir se destaca por sua acidez vibrante, quase crocante e final longo.
O nome "Las Brisas" refere-se à brisa do mar que permeia diretamente a encosta onde esse Pinot Noir é cultivado.
