Aromático e espirituoso. Suas notas de limão e tangerina se desenrolam junto a notas de pinha e jasmim. Textura cremosa complementa a acidez firme e acentuada desse vinho. Após o engarrafamento, aparecem as notas de petróleo típicas de Riesling.
"Niebla" significa "nevoeiro" em espanhol e é uma homenagem ao seu bloco de origem, o primeiro a receber o nevoeiro todas as manhãs.
