Viña Leyda conseguiu excelentes pontuações no relatório 2019 de James Suckling
Os resultados do último relatório de James Suckling foram divulgados recentemente, intitulado "O Conto de Duas Cidades Chilenas", onde concedeu excelentes notas para os vinhos de Leyda - pioneira no vale com o mesmo nome.
Em sua mais recente visita ao Chile, o renomado crítico americano James Suckling provou um total de 1.200 vinhos produzidos em todo o país, do litoral à cordilheira. Nessa ocasião, o filho do co-editor e crítico Jack Suckling, descreveu como o Chile está atualmente “colocando seu equilibrado e estruturado Cabernet Sauvignon no topo dos rankings mundiais, assim como Syrah e Pinot Noir, que são sutis, mas cheios de sabor”.
Nessa ocasião, o especialista concedeu 93 pontos ao Leyda Lot 21 Pinot Noir 2017, que foi descrito da seguinte forma:
“Outro perfumado Pinot Noir chileno, com bastante estrutura e notas de raiz, além de grandes cerejas azedas. Isso está chegando ao seu melhor, mas tem a tensão e a vitalidade para envelhecer ainda mais. Final longo e complexo ".
Além disso, Leyda Single Vineyard Las Brisas Pinot Noir 2017 destacou-se com 92 pontos e foi descrito como um vinho com "nariz marcante de framboesas, cerejas e ervas secas. Elegante, mas bem estruturado no paladar e um final longo e complexo com um frescor mineral".
Finalmente, Leyda Reserva Pinot Noir 2018 foi avaliado com 91 pontos e a seguinte nota de degustação:
"Perfumado com muitos aromas florais e cereja azeda, esse é realmente um Pinot Noir delicioso e com boa profundidade. Taninos modestos e um final longo e fresco".
Essas impressionantes pontuações recebidas pelos vinhos Leyda demonstram a frescura, mineralidade e vitalidade de uma das vinícolas mais próximas do Oceano Pacífico.
