Filosofia da Vinificação
O foco de Viña Leyda é produzir vinhos frescos, mineralizados e elegantes, cheios de caráter e identidade. Eles refletem a influência marítima da costa chilena e também as características únicas do seu terroir e micro terroirs.
Nosso estilo boutique garante que nossas técnicas sejam delicadamente realizadas. As colheitas precoces garantem que a fruta tenha um perfil fresco e de caráter herbal, com baixo teor de álcool. Para os tintos, a vinificação é realizada suavemente, evitando uma extração excessiva. Nos brancos, a frescura e a alta acidez exclusivas do vale são preservadas, evitando a fermentação malolática.
Se realiza um pouco de envelhecimento em barris, com preferência por barris grandes, tanques de concreto e aço inoxidável, para obter vinhos minerais, frescos e elegantes, que expressam honestamente o clima frio do litoral.
